Fifth Sunday of Easter
May 10, 2020
May 10, 2020
Most Holy Virgin Mary, Queen of the most holy Rosary, you were pleased to appear to the
children of Fatima and reveal a glorious message. We implore you, inspire in our hearts a fervent love for the recitation of the Rosary. By meditating on the mysteries of the redemption that are recalled therein may we obtain the graces and virtues that we ask,
through the merits of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen
“O God, Father of all Mercies, Provider of a bountiful Harvest, send Your Graces upon those You have called to gather the fruits of Your labor; preserve and strengthen them in their lifelong service of you. Open the hearts of Your children
that they may discern Your Holy Will; inspire in them a love and desire to surrender themselves to serving others in the name of Your son, Jesus Christ. Through the intercession of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, all the Angels, and Saints, humbly hear our prayers and grant Your Church’s needs, through Christ, our Lord. Amen.“
Lord, You are my shepherd so I will lack nothing. You restore my soul! You lead me on the right path because it is Your nature to do so. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not fear because You are with me. I thank You for equipping me with Your rod and Your staff so that I can be comforted. You anoint my head with oil and ensure that my cup (my portion) runs over with abundance! Thank You for this good shepherd Sunday and for Your goodness and mercies all the days of my life, Amen!
The Mother’s Day Mass cards are in the back of the church. They are also available in the office. Please write the name of the mother being honored on the large envelope and place your donation inside. Keep the card and smaller envelope to send to the person for whom the Mass is being celebrated.
If you are honoring a deceased mother, please use the “In Memory of a Mother” envelope.
** Please return the large envelope with the names so the Mass intentions may be kept on the altar during the month of May.
