We are still requesting gift items to be used for the Tombola.  We are asking for new gifts & items in the $10 – $15 price range that can be used as prizes. Your help is greatly appreciated! 

Congratulations to Angela Cannon for receiving this year’s Lumen Christi (“Light of Christ”) medal. This award is presented to those who have been outstanding in their service in their parishes. The medals will be presented at the Cathedral on Saturday, September 7th at the 4 pm Mass. The ceremony is open to the public.

There will be a special collection next weekend, August 3^rd / 4^th for the Extension Society.  This collection helps support and strengthens poor mission dioceses across the United States.  Please be generous in your support.

We are in need of  “cleaning crews” to clean our church for the months of August, December and February.  A crew usually consists of four to five people and that group is responsible for cleaning the church for a month.  Some of the groups are short-handed. Our goal is to have enough crews so each crew would be on the schedule once a year. This is also a great family service project for your parish!  Please call the office if you are able to help.
