The weekend of October 12th & 13th we will recognize National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We ask everyone to wear pink to honor breast cancer patients and survivors and the people who love them.

Cobie has been selected as a Spirit Mover!! Spirit Movers are high school youth that are involved in the Youth Conference planning and empowers our young people to be leaders. There is leadership training on how to effectively communicate, lead small groups, and be better Christians. They are involved in service activities and also putting on middle school retreats completely led by the Spirit Movers!!

The 66^th Annual Nativity School Halloween Carnival will be held on Saturday, October 19^th from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm on the school grounds .

This is to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary in gratitude for the protection that she gives the Church in answer to the praying of the Rosary by the faithful.  We will continue to pray the rosary before every Mass.

OCIA – Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (formally RCIA) classes will begin on Tuesday, September 24^th at 6:00 pm in the Mercy House. Please call Deacon M.J. Landry at 228-697-9424 for more information.

Tickets for our parish raffle are now available to sell. We are in need of assistance in helping to sell tickets.  We have some great prizes this year which include  a 1-week stay at a Gulf Shores condo, a 2-night stay at South Beach in Biloxi, $100 restaurant gift certificates, an “Ice Chest of Cheer”, a 50” T.V., an iPad and other great prizes!
