There will be an exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and the praying of the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3:00 pm on April 24^th (Divine Mercy Sunday.) Priests will also be available for those who would like to avail themselves of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

The Mother’s Day Mass cards are in the back of the church. They are also available in the office.  Please write the name of the mother being honored on the large envelope and place your donation inside. Keep the card and smaller envelope to send to the person for whom the Mass is being celebrated.

If you are honoring a deceased mother, please use the “In Memory of a Mother” envelope.

** Please return the large envelope with the names so the Mass intentions may be kept on the altar during the month of May.

Sunday, April 17th After 8:30 am Mass

Fasting means having only one full meal to maintain one’s strength. Two smaller, meatless and penitential meals are permitted according to one’s needs, but they should not together equal the one full meal. Eating solid foods between meals is not permitted. Catholics from age 18 through 59 are bound to fast. Again, invalids, pregnant and nursing mothers are exempt.
